We are delighted to welcome Associate lawyer Natasha Mastroianni to the Nicholes Family Law team.
Natasha joins Nicholes Family Lawyers after working at a generalist law firm in the Northern Suburbs practicing in family law, property law, wills and estates.
Having practical experience in these other areas of law assists Natasha to understand the interrelated issues involved in her clients’ family law matters.
Natasha is currently studying a Masters of Applied Law (Family Law) through the College of Law.
Natasha is a volunteer lawyer with the Darebin Community Legal Centre Inc, providing legal advice and conducting Divorce Workshops for clients who live, work or study in the Darebin area. She has also conducted professional development workshops for fellow volunteer lawyers to provide an overview of the four-step process involved in family law matters concerning property.
As an active member of the Law Institute of Victoria’s Young Lawyers section, Natasha is currently the Young Lawyers Representative for the Northern Suburbs. She was a member of the Law Institute of Victoria’s Young Lawyers Executive Committee in 2016 – 2017.
Natasha speaks conversational Italian. She will join the specialist NFL International Family Law group with members of the firm who speak Greek, German and Croatian.
The NFL International Family Law group meets regularly to review and write about new developments in International family law including the various child Abduction treaties and trends in relocation cases in Australia and other jurisdictions. Our partners are active on external bodies. Sally Nicholes is on the Board of Children’s Rights International and the World Congress on Family Law and Children’s Rights. Both organisations have ongoing projects promoting the rights of children internationally. Keturah Sageman is a member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and Law Asia.
