Nicholes Health & Wellbeing Week

You are probably asking yourself why is my lawyer hanging upside down? The answer is Nicholes Health and Wellbeing Week.

On Monday 10 November 2014 Nicholes Family Lawyers were proud to launch this new initiative which saw our lawyers swapping their corporate attire for gym wear to participate in the various activities on offer.

Nicholes Family Lawyers strive to educate employees about the importance of looking after their own health and wellness and ways to develop good long-term work-life balance practices which in turn improves productivity to better service our clients.

Our employees participated in some of the following activities during the week:

  • Pilates
  • Walking groups
  • Breakfast club educating employees about the benefits of eating breakfast
  • Massages
  • Corporate wellness lunchtime workshops
  • Healthy catered lunch and snacks throughout the week
  • Healthy daily tips

The week was embraced by all staff and a huge success.

Everyone has taken away some healthy tips to implement into their work day such as keeping hydrated and remembering office stretches which can easily be done whilst sitting at a desk or standing.

Nicholes Family Lawyers are proud to be leading the way when it comes to promoting health and wellbeing within the legal profession.
