Linda became an Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong Family Law Association in 2006 and was its Chairlady in 2010 and 2011. She was elected a Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers in 2007 and became a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Practitioners in 2009.
Linda sheds light on the ways in which her jurisdiction in Hong Kong has adapted to these changing times and the fast-paced environment that is our new reality. Sally and Linda also explore the noticeable impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic on the World Congress on Family Law and Children’s Rights, and any effects this will have on its operation in the future.
