Professional Experience

Charlotte has a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts majoring in Sociology from the University of Melbourne.

Prior to joining Nicholes in 2018, Charlotte worked as a paralegal at Minter-Ellison in Insurance and Corporate Risk. Since being admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria in March 2019, Charlotte has worked exclusively in Family Law.

Charlotte has a particular interest in Parenting and Child Protection matters, and is passionate about ensuring that all children’s voices are heard. Charlotte has experience working in Nicholes’ LGBTIQ+ and Child Protection Interest Groups, as well as assisting the firm’s Independent Children’s Lawyer on parenting issues.

Charlotte continues to develop her Children’s Court practice, assisting children and families at risk of harm, as well as victims of family and sexual violence. Charlotte has gained experience in working with clients of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
