Fleur joined Nicholes Family Lawyers in June of 2024 after practicing for over 17 years in the Family Division of the Children’s Court, as well as being a Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) Accredited Specialist in Children’s Law.
Fleur is a long-standing member of the LIV Children’s Law Advisory Committee and also sits on the board of A Better Life for Foster Kids. Fleur is dedicated to the improvement of the Child Protection legal system, and she has undertaken many years of strategic advocacy aimed at achieving reform of problematic areas in this system. In recognition of her advocacy, she was awarded the LIV Paul Baker Award in 2016 for an outstanding contribution by an individual in the field of human rights.
