Jordyn Malone

Jordyn joined Nicholes Family Lawyers in April 2023 having practiced solely in family law for several years since her admission.

Jordyn has experience in a range of family law matters, including child recovery and relocation matters both domestically and internationally, parenting matters that involve significant risk factors, large asset pools, binding financial agreements, divorce and intervention order matters. Jordyn has a passion for advocating and appearing on behalf of her clients in all types of court hearings and events in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Understanding those experiencing the family law system are often doing so for the first time and without the knowledge of what the process entails, Jordyn provides practicable legal advice that assists clients in achieving the best possible outcome in a cost effective and timely manner.

Jordyn graduated from Deakin University with a double degree in Laws (with Honours) and Commerce (with Distinction) majoring in Human Resource Management in early 2019 and completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with Leo Cussen Centre for Law in the same year.

Outside of work, you can find Jordyn cheering on her beloved Richmond Tigers at the MCG most weekends, travelling or playing with her family labradoodle, Kevin.
