After completing articles in 1994 Kate worked for two major law firms in areas of family law and insurance litigation. For several months, Kate was involved in a secondment to the TAC and afterwards returned to work primarily in family law.
After focusing on family law, Kate became involved in complex children’s and property matters, many involving clients with sophisticated financial structures.
Prior to her joining Nicholes in September 2018, Kate worked as manager and company lawyer for a successful family business.
Working within a commercial environment has given Kate a unique and practical perspective to her approach to property matters.
Kate is equally committed to achieving the best possible settlements regardless of the size of asset pool and the complexity of the case.
