On 11 June 2015, Nicholes Family Lawyers Senior Associate (and Comedian) Rebecca Dahl competed in the Law Institute of Victoria’s Golden Gavel comedy competition.
Golden Gavel competitors are required to speak on a topic provided to them only 24 hours prior.
Rebecca’s topic was Reading Judgments on your Smartphone while in the Bathroom – How to Maintain a Work Life Balance in the 21st Century.
Rebecca attained third place in the competition, having impressed competition judges former Health Services Commissioner Beth Wilson AM, Magistrate Julian Ayres and LIV President Katie Miller and taken on some tough competition with her clever and hilarious take on work life balance in the modern world.
