Danie joined Nicholes Family Lawyers in September 2023 after practising for several years in family law and has an interest in parenting and complex property and financial matters.
Danie has experience in matters which involve large asset pools, family and unit trusts, tax implications (including CGT and ATO related matters), company structures and child relocation. Danie enjoys piecing together the parties overall financial position to try and achieve the best result for her clients and knows the importance of financial disclosure. To keep matters as cost effective as possible, Danie takes her clients down the path of alternative dispute resolution prior to any litigation.
Danie graduated from Victoria University with a double degree in Arts (Psychology) and Laws in 2018 and completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in the same year.
Danie volunteers at Fitzroy Legal Service and is very passionate about providing guidance, advice and support to those who are unable to afford legal services.
