Keturah Sageman Partner selected as Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers

We are proud to announce that Keturah Sageman, partner at Nicholes Family Lawyers, has recently become a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (“IAFL”).

The IAFL is a global association of legal practitioners who have been recognised by their colleagues as the most experienced and skilled family law specialists in their respective countries.

The Academy was established nearly 30 years ago to connect family lawyers around the world to improve the practice of law and administration of justice in the area of family law on a global basis. The IAFL has over 770 fellows and represents a total of 56 countries.

Fellows are selected to be part of the IAFL and membership is reserved for the top practitioners in their countries to ensure a high standard is maintained.

Keturah has a wealth of experience in international family law, including her expertise in child abduction cases, returning children from both Hague and non-Hague Convention countries, forum disputes, and complex parenting and property settlements across multiple jurisdictions.

Through Keturah’s fellowship, Nicholes Family Lawyers are connected to a wider network of leading family lawyers around the world. This will enable our firm to broaden our knowledge and strengthen ties in international family law.
