Nicholes Family Lawyers Managing Partner Sally Nicholes and Senior Partner Keturah Sageman have co-authored the article “Can we do more to protect children? Intercountry adoption, relocation and abduction” for the January/February 2023 edition of the Australian Lawyers Alliance’s (ALA) legal journal Precedent.

The article also covers areas for potential reform in Australian and international jurisprudence and policy.
