Nadine possesses extensive expertise in both domestic and international family law matters, with a strong focus on Hague Convention cases involving child abduction. She is also proficient in non-Hague Convention matters pertaining to international child relocation and recovery. Moreover, she has extensive proficiency in navigating complex international property and parenting disputes, as well as issues related to child support.
Her broad experience also encompasses international commercial surrogacy and adoption matters, encompassing both the domestic and inter-country adoption landscapes in various international jurisdictions.
Furthermore, Nadine is a Collaboratively trained Family Lawyer, actively engaging in practical collaborations to facilitate resolutions in property and children’s matters, with a view of avoiding family court litigation. Nadine Udorovic and colleague Bec Dahl, working with Resolve Conflict Family Lawyers & Mediators Director Cathy Gale, have co-authored “Reshaped, Reframed and Innovated” which looks at new and highly innovative ways couples are being empowered to approach resolving relationship breakdown, with a particular focus on the Our Family in Two Homes (OFTH) approach. Nicholes Family Lawyers and Resolve Conflict Family Lawyers & Mediators were the first family law firms in Victoria to use OFTH as part of their alternative dispute resolution approaches.
